What's New on VOD This Week? (12/15-12/18)
2 movies that look good; 1 movie that wasn't bad, but wasn't great; and 1 movie that was not very good at all... this is the week in VOD Releases!

A girl, Tess, is diagnosed with an identity disorder that may actually be channeling an evil, dead spirit inside of her.

This one looks really interesting, even if it does looks a bit on the low-budget side of things. We always try to give any Indie Horror flick that looks halfway decent a go though, so we'll be checking this one out as soon as we're caught up on our backlog of reviews.

Rent it, if you're a fan of smaller, Indie flicks.
Jack, a social outcast, is thrust out of his comfort zone when the outside world bangs on his door and he can't contain his violent past.

Henry Rollins in a Horror Comedy about an anti-social nut-job who takes on the mob after they kidnap his long lost daughter? Sign us up now, please.

Rent it!
Using a special camera that can see spirits, a family must protect their daughter from an evil entity with a sinister plan.

We saw it, we didn't love it, and if you want to know why, you can click below to read our full review. Long story short though, this was another lackluster sequel in a franchise that started out strong, and unless you absolutely NEED to see how the PA series ends, you should wait until it hits cable and watch it for free.

Rent something else. *Like Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse.
A single mother finds that things in her family's life go very wrong after her two young children visit their grandparents.

We have yet to review The Visit, but we saw it and thought that it was alright. It's definitely better than some M.Night Shamalayananayan efforts have been lately, and it actually had some pretty solid moments mixed in amongst its lamer ones, so again, it wasn't bad.

It's probably worth a rental for the average Horror fan.

Happy streaming!
