David, and then hole up in their hideout and await further instructions. Little do they know that cute little

Demon; a
Demon who "whispers" creepy instructions to the weak-willed.

His whispers encourage his kidnappers and would-be murderers to kill each other, which seems to make the little
Hellspawn giddy. He's so manipulative and malevolent that even his own Mommy wants him dead. Understandable. Sometimes, a kid just has to go.

Whisper is one of those movies, like
Dead Birds, that falls into the
Hidden Gem category; it's better than you'd think it would be, and it's pretty effective for being a "smaller" movie.
Josh Holloway and
Sarah Wayne Callies definitely need more
Genre work, because they're both great in this one. As for the
Demon kid... he's kinda like a modern day
Damien, but more
Demon-y, if that's even possible.
