Blu-ray & DVD: The Digital Dread Report for 1/10

It's a very good week for physical media this week, with us getting two of the best Horror Docs ever being released in one set; an excellent Persian Supernatural Thriller; and Ben Affleck as an autistic hitman.

*Be sure to click the pics below to buy the movies, or even rent them. Or both. Or neither. It really depends on your mood, now doesn't it?

  1. The Never Sleep Again (Review HERE)/Crystal Lake Memories (review HERE) 2-Pack is an absolute must own for any Horror fan. Both Docs are excellent and expansive, and a steal for the price. Own this set.
  2. While Under the Shadow may be a DVD-only release, it's one hell of a Supernatural Thriller, and it deserves to be seen. *It's also streaming on Netflix, if you are a subscriber.
  3. Dead of Winter is a quiet 80's Thriller that is worthy of a watch.
  4. The Accountant was a pretty good action flick, although it might be best to give it a rent if you're wary. We dig Affleck, so it was one that we enjoyed.
  5. And if TV shows are your poison, then new seasons of Homeland, Archer, and Mr. Robot should make you happy campers. They're all three great shows, and well-worth adding to any good TV show library.
  6. And everything else, as always, is a crap-shoot.
