10 years ago, Aussie director Greg McLean gave us a modern day classic with Wolf Creek. He followed up that fantastic debut with the solid Rogue, and the way-better-than-it-should-have-been Wolf Creek 2. The point is that the guy knows how to make a pretty engaging Thriller, which is why we've followed his career pretty closely; when his name comes up, we pay attention.
With Darkness, McClean steps into the Supernatural realm to deliver the thrills, and with a cast like Kevin Bacon, Radha Mitchell, and Jennifer Morrison at his disposal, we're all kinds of excited to see how this one turns out.
If the trailer is any indication, then it's going to turn out pretty good.
