What's New on VOD This Week? (9/12-9/15)

2 Must See's, 2 Maybe See's, and 2 that we're Scared to See, and not for good reason; this week on VOD is definitely a mixed bag.

*Be sure to click the pics to rent the movies, or watch their trailers. Or both. Or neither. It really depends on your mood, now doesn't it?

*If you aren't already a member, you should really give Amazon Prime a shot, especially if you order movies on the regular like we do, because the free two-day shipping pays for itself after around 10 orders. Check it out for free HERE.

  • Baby Driver is the one to rent this week. It may not be Horror, but it's a smart, fun little heist flick that gave us more than our money's worth. Edgar Wright is a hell of a creative mind (Shaun of the Dead or Scott Pilgrim, anyone?) and he delivers in spades with this one.
  • As far as killer shark movies go, 47 Meters Down packs a ton of genuine tension into its runtime, and much like last year's The Shallows, it was a nice surprise. Definitely worth a rental.
  • A sequel to the underrated 2006 Spanish chiller, KM 31, the ingeniously named KM 31-2 looks like it might be worth a go. We really dug the original.
  • The Hatred looks decent. Low budget, but decent.
  • As for Clowntergeist and Ryde... well, good luck with those two.
  • Happy Streaming!
