Horror Hotties: The Witches of Salem (TV)

With Season Two of Salem drawing to a close on Sunday, we thought we'd take a minute to pay tribute to the lovely ladies who make witches as sexy and alluring as they are deadly.

If you haven't caught Salem yet, it's a pretty solid show that is as creepy and captivating as it is sexy. It's not even really all that sexy, truth be told, but being that this is a Horror Hottie post, we have to focus on the sexy. Either way, you should be watching this show.

ANNE HALE IS OUR FAVORITE WITCH.

Janet Montgomery as Mary Sibley: Mary Sibley is a young upstart witch, and the focus of the story of Salem. She may be cruel, but she's also sexy, and she believes in love. Also, she's the mother of The Antichrist.

 

 

SHE'S ALRIGHT WITH US.

Ashley Madkwe as Tituba: Tituba may be sexy and sassy, but she's also a conniving and sneaky bitch who can not be trusted. She could still get it though.

THE WITCHES OF SALEM WERE WAY AHEAD OF THEIR TIME.

Tazmin Merchant as Anne Hale: Anne Hale is the sweet, naive daughter of witches, who as it turns out is also the daughter of one of the oldest and most powerful witches to have ever lived. She also believes in love, having married the famous witch hunter, Cotton Mather.

SUPER QT.

Lucy Lawless as Countess Marburg: Speaking of Anne Hale's mother, Countess Marburg is hell-bent on bringing the Dark Lord into the world in physical form, and using Mary Sibley's son as the vessel. This trifling-ass witch will do anything to achieve her goals, including murder and torture, both of which she really seems to enjoy. Also, she kisses girls.

AHHH, ZENA.

Sammi Hanratty as Dollie Trask: We know that she's only a minor character, and we haven't even listed Mercy Lewis yet (she's below), but she's too much of a QT for us not to highlight. She was one of Mercy's acolytes who lured men into the woods to become playthings for the witches.

*Despite being one of the main characters of Salem, Mercy Lewis (played by Elise Eberle) is listed way down here because we can't stand her. Not even a little bit. She's lucky we even included her at all (the character, not the actress.)
