The VOD Releases of July!

It Stains the Sand Red, Lake Alice, Killing Ground, Residue, Shin Godzilla, Sleight, Colossal... there are plenty of movies hitting VOD in July that will help us beat the Summer heat!

Keep in mind that...

• Release dates change all the time. Some of the upcoming movies below will end up shifting dates, or even going theatrical releases rather than hitting VOD straight off. Most of the dates are solid, but with some, we have to take our best guess, and hope that they see release.

• We will also be including some Sci-Fi, Action, Thriller, or otherwise compelling movies of interest on this list, because we need some variety in our lives.

*Be sure to click the pics to rent the movies, or watch their trailers. Or both. Or neither. It really depends on your mood, now doesn't it?

*If you aren't already a member, you should really give Amazon Prime a shot, especially if you order movies on the regular like we do, because the free two-day shipping pays for itself after around 10 orders. Check it out for free HERE.

This list is always a work in progress...

The Theatrical Releases of July!

*Check out our other Release Date Pages: Blu-ray & DVD, Theatrical, VOD, TV.
Not only are two of the biggest, and potentially best, Summer movies hitting theaters in July -Spiderman: Homecoming and War For the Planet of the Apes- but we also get Charlize Theron as an assassin in Atomic Blonde; Two awesome looking Horror flicks, Wish Upon and It Stains the Sand Red; and a new Luc Besson movie.

July is looking solid on the theatrical front.

Of course, Release Dates can change at any time without notice, so take them with a grain of salt... *Links got to UHM or IMDB because they give great info on upcoming Horror projects.

The following is constantly a work in progress...

Random Picture Round-Up: The July Releases Edition!

We spend a lot of time here at THC searching for great pictures to use in our reviews, for our banners, and for whatever else strikes our fancy. It's not always easy finding the perfect screenshot, but when we do find pictures that make us laugh, say "What the hell?," or are just plain awesome, we save them.

Unfortunately, we never use them all, and so they just sit there in our picture folder, waiting... which is why we decided to start posting them in random groups on a weekly basis!

They might even help you to decide what to watch.

This week, we're focusing on the new releases in July that we most want to catch at the theater, on VOD, or on disc.

• You can click each pic to find out what movie they're from, if you don't recognize them. The links go to either IMBD or Amazon.
• The movie's titles are also in the file name of the pictures, if you decide to save them to your computer.
• Enjoy!
