Horror Hotties: The Return of Carla Gugino!

Back in 2008, we featured Carla Gugino as one of our very first Horror Hotties, right HERE.

Since then, she's gone on to stare in such Genre and Genre-related fare like Sucker Punch, Man of Steel, San Andreas, and Wayward Pines. Now that she's back in the brilliant Netflix original Gerlad's Game, and The Haunting of Hill House is on the horizon, here we are again, showcasing her because she's an ever-talented actress.

And she's still frigging gorgeous.

The Hotties of TIFF 2017!

The 2017 TIFF is drawing to a close, and as we marvel at all of the fine films that it gave us this year, we take a moment to pay tribute to the ladies who starred in them, and gave their all screaming and dying for their art.

Random Picture Round Up: Hotties Edition

We spend a lot of time here at THC searching for great pictures to use in our reviews, for our banners, and for whatever else strikes our fancy. It's not always easy finding the perfect screenshot, but when we do find pictures that make us laugh, say "What the hell?," or are just plain awesome, we save them.

Unfortunately, we never use them all, and so they just sit there in our picture folder, waiting... which is why we decided to start posting them in random groups on a weekly basis!

They might even help you to decide what to watch.

This time out we're taking a look at the lovely ladies who populate our beloved genre, because we like a good mixture of sexy and terrifying in our entertainment. It's all about balance.

Giallo Month: 10 Hotties For an August Night!

Names like Edwige French, Dagmar Lassander, Anita Strindberg, Barbara Bouchet and Marisa Mell (among many others) should be known to Horror fans as the gorgeous women who gave Giallo films their heart, beauty, and sexiness. Since the movies that they populate are decades old, it's understandable how a younger generation might not have a clue that they even exist.

We are here to right that wrong for you.

In addition to their stunnign leading ladies, the typical Giallo featured plenty of other gorgeous women in smaller parts, but brief or not, they all made the movies they starred in that much better.
