Alicia Silverstone and her face twisting smile killed it for me, as well as the better part of the script, which was simply bad. But there were bits and pieces that were quite brilliant. The cast was awesome, too, even if made of people too young to be known, too old to bet on or too bad to ever make it.<br /><br />It doesn't sound so good when I describe it this way, but it explored the curse, boredom and ultimately responsibility of eternal life in a way that made sense and touched a chord.<br /><br />If you watch it, there is this scene where Vlad Tepes (yeah, the Romanian one) explains to them stupid Americans how to pronounce it, and pronounces it really terrible.
