The horrors of dementia; a movie about angry Gods; and an intense game of Cops & Robbers.
It's a light week for quality VOD releases, at least Horror-wise.
- Your best bet for quality scares this week is Dementia; a movie that's been available for purchase on Digital HD before, but it now available for straight-up rental on VOD. It's got a solid cast, and a creepy premise, so it could be good.
- Crush the Skull and Den of Darkness both look like B-movies with tiny budgets, but if that's your thing, then you're in luck.
- Gods of Egypt bombed at the Box Office, but maybe it will find a second life on VOD.
- As Cop Thrillers go, Triple 9 was pretty solid. It wasn't as good as we wanted it to be (with the cast involved, it should have been on par with The Departed), but it was cool none the less. Definitely worth a rental.
