You know, it doesn't look half bad, but I personally am hesitant as hell to have high hopes for this one. Still, the trailer shows some promise, and it remains to be seen wether or not the movie will rock our sock or not.
For those that don't know, Let Me In is a remake of the 2008 Swedish masterpiece, Let the Right One In. Yes, I do say masterpiece, because it simply is. It's a coming of age love story, involving a bullied kid and an adolescent vampire, and it couldn't have been a better movie. You can check out our review here.
ABSOLUTELY see the original before you see the American remake, not only for basis of comparison, but because if you don't, you're missing out on one of the best films of the last decade.

What's with that terrible music?
and "Do you believe in evil?" line.
Can you honestly see the pool scene being the same?
i want to hold judgement until i see it, but i can't helping laying into it.
Still it should never have left the abortion bucket.
I love the original version, so i've had my doubts about this one. However, the trailer looks decent enough so I may give it a go.
a part of me died... why remake this? WHY????????????????
Speaking of trailers, that new one of The Loved Ones is out - can't wait for that flick. However, shows way too fucking much...
